How to request for a return or exchange
  • 1. Request for a Return Authorization Form (RAF) by e-mailing returns@im-hm.com within seven (7) days from actual receipt of     merchandise.
2. To insure protection for both parties, please note that you have only seven (7) days after receiving the item to report if the     merchandise is damaged, or if you want a return or exchange. We thus request that upon receipt, you thoroughly examine your     purchase. Absolutely no request for returns or exchanges shall be entertained or honored after this period.
3. Please fill-up RAF once received with all the details such as invoice no. and reason for return and/or exchange.
4. IM-HM will e-mail you to confirm all actions to be taken. Together with this e-mail is a set of instructions on how to go about with the     return and/or exchange. Please print out this e-mail and include it in the package you wish to return.

* Status of return or exchange may be monitored by sending an e-mail to the “Returns” section of the website.
* All returns and/or exchanges are subject to IM-HM’s approval. Each case shall be reviewed by our Returns Department and you shall be     notified of the status of your request.

Guidelines
Items to be returned and/or exchanged MUST HAVE ALL TAGS AND LABELS still attached to the garments. Please note, however, that if the defect is due solely to any mishandling on your part after purchase, the same is not subject to exchange or refund. Further, items that are soiled, worn, damaged or laundered cannot be taken back and will not be received by IM-HM, and if advertently received, we will charge you all appropriate shipping costs which were incurred in this process and return the item/s to you. Any customer making unreasonable or excessive returns in IM-HM’s sole discretion, will be taken off our customer list and no further returns will be accepted.

Absolutely no returns and/or exchanges for sale or consigned items.

If the return and/or exchange is made because of an error on the part of IM-HM (i.e. the wrong style, size, or color was sent to you), the correct item shall be sent to you at no extra cost.

In the unlikely event that the merchandise was received damaged or inherently defective, you are entitled to either an exchange or a refund. In case of an exchange, we will replace the merchandise with exactly the same item, at no charge. If you opt for a refund, you will be credited using the original mode of payment. (Refunds exclude shipping costs incurred).

Exchange for a different size of the same style may be done but shipping and all other charges shall be shouldered by you. If the size you are requesting for is not available, you may select another item or opt for store credit.

If return/exchange is approved, IM-HM requires customers to send the returned/exchanged merchandise ONLY via UPS, which is our preferred courier service, this way we can track the shipment which enables us to protect both parties at all times.

Store credit should be used within 30 days of approval.
